• Service, repair and maintain all fan coils, air handling units, cold rooms, freezers and all other refrigerated equipment throughout the hotel
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance programs for servicing as directed by supervisors
• Maintain daily log sheets for recording of temperatures and pressures of all air-conditioning chillers, freezers and cold room and changing of temperature recording charts should be carried out once a week
• To assist other technicians to perform other jobs as required by the Management
• Observe and report any unusual signs, sound pressure or temperature or equipment which is likely to lead to malfunction
• To switch on / off air-con in areas when requested
• To follow schedule to service the air-con
• To carry out shift duties or when called upon to perform odd duties whenever a person of the same category, trade falls sick, is on vacation or absent from duties and or as called upon to do so from time to time as directed by supervisors

• Strategize and plan customer pipelines with sales manager and execute sales contact consistently
• Cold-calling and direct visiting and selling of products and services in the below mentioned areas and pipelines
• Execute sales strategies and sales technique stipulated by Sales Manager.
• Involved in executing marketing activities to develop product lines and generate new customer accounts.
• Conduct sales presentations and prepare sales weekly & monthly reports.
• Work closely with sales manager to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with customers

Job Descriptions

• Handle full functions of AP in Finance Department
• Obtain approval on supplier invoices to facilitate payment process
• Process monthly and weekly payment timely
