As a senior operations trainee in our High-end restaurant outlet- Learn Operations Procedures: Understand and become proficient in the day-to-day operations of an F&B establishment, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness standards. Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.

• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification
