Job Description
· Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions
· Responsible for the full employee's life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, comprising recruitment activities, contract preparation, staff induction, performance management, training and development, retention, etc.
· Working closely with line managers on recruitment matters
· Executing monthly payroll including CPF contribution and tax filing
· Administer job posting on MyCareersFuture. Coordinate with recruitment agencies for sourcing of candidates, pre-screening of resume, administer job interview schedule
· Process work pass applications, renewal and/or cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues
· Manage employees’ HR queries and other HR related matters
· Provide support for planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events
· Handle office related admin duties such as office facilities maintenance, purchasing of office supplies, liaising with vendors (IT, cleaning services etc.), air ticket & hotel booking
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or equivalent field of study.
· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Human Resources function with responsibilities such as HR operations, payroll & benefits, recruitment, and employee relationship & engagement.
· Well-versed in the Employment Act and related local labour/employment related legistrations.
· Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
· Strong customer service focus with a high level of responsiveness
· Strong interpersonal & communication skills
· Solid problem-solving skill and experience in working in a fast-paced environment
· Detailed-oriented with excellent organization & documentation skills
