Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication, correspondence, and information flow.

• Documentation & Reports: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the MD.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a listed company is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Personality: High attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.

• Handle accounts payable/ accounts receivable / inventory.

• Responsible for monthly closing process including preparation of partial journal entries, bank reconciliations and schedules

Responsibilities:

• To ensure financial reporting adheres to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, the bank's accounting policies and procedures, and compliance with local statutory & MAS regulatory requirements.

• To oversee the daily accounting operation, including daily GL management, review NOSTRO accounts reconciliation, OPEX processes etc.

• To review and enhance workflows and internal controls, and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.

• To liaise with the branch’s internal and external auditors on audit matters.

• To manage the Accounts Team in ensuring timely delivery of management reporting, local financial and regulatory reporting and statistical surveys.

• To prepare tax computation schedules, check tax computations, to liaise with tax agents on Branch’s corporate tax, to attend queries raised by the Comptroller of Income Tax.
