Facilities Management (FM) Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of installations, fixtures, equipment, common facilities, and property to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working condition.

• Additional experience in electrical systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, FM200, fire alarms, sprinklers, high- and low-voltage switchboards is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications, such as Electrical Worker License, Singapore Certified Energy Manager (Associate), or Green Mark Facilities Manager, will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a strong team player in a fast-paced environment.
