Regional Network Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Technical Lead to oversee the network infrastructure across Asia. You'll take a key role as part of our Global Team, in designing, building, optimizing, and ensuring the security and reliability of our network systems and collaborating with entities across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for APAC Shared Offices Network design and evolution in accordance with Central strategy & policies
  • Architect and oversee the deployment of enterprise-level firewalls (Meraki MX, FortiGate, Palo Alto Networks), switches (Meraki, Cisco, Huawei), wireless access points (Meraki, Cisco, Huawei), and other network devices.
  • Be the Network point of contact for entities already part of Shared Offices or for new entitiy who will join Shared Offices
  • Proactively analyze network traffic and performance to identify and remediate bottlenecks or potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement network security strategies, working closely with security teams to protect critical assets.
  • Manage Network Inventories, and proactively manage the warranties/maintenance readiness of critical equipment across the Network in the region.
  • Establish and maintain detailed network documentation, change management procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Oversee network troubleshooting efforts, mentoring operations members and entitiy peers, leading root cause analysis of complex issues.
• Support Network Central by being the Regional Network expert for:

  • Responsible for the on-site operations in the Singapore Telco Node on behalf of the Network Central team
  • Manage network-related projects for Singapore Telco Node, preparing configurations, and collaborating with vendors and central teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure that Network Central standards are known and used regionally by entities.
  • Capture any new Network topics from entities and raise them to the Central team if any deviation from standards.
  • Establish and maintain detailed network documentation, change management procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of extensive network administration experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.), network security concepts, and firewall technologies (Cisco/Huawei Routers, Switches, Meraki MX/MS, FortiGate, Palo Alto Networks).
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex network outages quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, effective in both technical and non-technical settings.
• Experience working in a multinational environment with complex organizations, working across various teams
• Customer-oriented with a mindset of problem-solving and constant service improvement rendered by internal/external teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead P1/P2 Incidents to help resolve network incidents.

Job Description:

• Operate, manage, and maintain VMWare ESX and HCI technologies

• Knowledge of administering Windows Server 2016, SQL 2016 and Windows Clustering technology

• Red Hat administration

Responsibilities:

● Making & receiving customer inquiry calls

● Handling customer complaints

● Support software training & software installation with customer

● Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies

● Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers

● Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim

● Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & help

reduce accident cases

● Data analytics for software & product accuracy

● Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project

● Observe & monitor for server performance

● Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer

Summary

Provide functional and technical expertise and implement up to date solutions in either or all the following SAP modules (SD, MM, WM/eWM), in accordance with the design and implementation as per accelerated SAP (ASAP) implementation methodology and in compliance with enterprise architecture principles and standards in a cost-effective manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead SAP configuration and implementation by independently handling customizing settings in SAP SD, MM, WM or eWM to implement new business in system and to enhance existing business functionality.

- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives by developing necessary product modifications in close association with the business team.

- Execute simple / complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures using ABAP programs.

- Application Support point of contact for international end users in troubleshooting, analyzing, and solve SAP problems (including sub systems).

- Ensures Incident handling and application support SLA and KPI are in accordance with the required standard and agreement.

- Analyze existing business processes and incidents, propose, and realize enhancements to drive automation and process efficiency.

- Create system, process documentation, and conduct end user trainings of your project.

Requirements and Qualifications

§ Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field is required.

§ Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP system in either or all modules (SD, MM, WM/eWM)

§ Minimum of 3 to 5 full life cycle SAP implementation

§ To be Proficient in ABAP OO, Dialog Programming and debugging

§ To be Proficient in ALE, EDI and iDocs for centralized and decentralized SAP model

§ To be Proficient in Interfaces of functional modules, BAPI and Web Services internal and external

§ SAP certification in either or all modules SD, MM, WM or eWM is desired.

§ Mobisys (mobile application) Knowledge is a plus.

§ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
