Our clinic is looking to hire a part time clinic assistant. This part time staff will be required to come on a daily basis for shorter hours on weekdays and also half days on Saturdays.

Job Description of Senior Geologist

i. Assist Project Manager (PM) to monitor the day-to-day works of Consultant and Contractor.

ii. Assist PM to study the general suitability of the site proposed by the Consultant in terms of geological

and geomorphological view point.

iii. Review and report opinions regarding surface/ underground works, roads, bridge sites etc. proposed

by the Consultant or planned by the Company.

iv. Assist PM to determine ground hazards and carryout risk assessment for possible landslides and

assist in studies involving general terrain and geological mapping (of surface and subsurface as

v. Assist PM to collect, analyze and interpret project related geological data.

• Work closely with warehouse team on maintaining the stock list – identify the stocks and SB items

• Ensure loan inventory and SB items are monitored and actioned weekly.

• Check and create pre-order list and ensure that the sales team is aware on the available stocks in warehouse.

• Lead the preparation on stock take exercise and prepare the necessary steps before conducting stock take.

• Work with the store manager and marketing teams for any promotions (sales mechanics).

• Liaise with the store manager on monthly buy calendar based on brand product launch, new brand set-ups in the store.

• Work with the customer service team on customers’ return before submitting claims with vendors. To prepare replacement orders for customers (if any).

Logistic
• Monitor shipment and update the Costing & Purchasing and sales team for any incoming
shipments and/ or delays.
• Prepare and send tally sheet to warehouse team 1 week before shipment arrival.
• Report to HQ (vendor) for any discrepancy and damages.
• Liaise with HQ (vendor) shipping team for any shipments related queries and action to take.

Delivery to customer
• Monitor deliveries and returns from the warehouse and delivery teams.
• Ensure that all the DO are scanned in the shared drives by the warehouse team.
• Verify the invoices (delivery team) charges before submitting to the finance team to process.

Pricing and Promotions
• Follow the price calculation, and update brand retail selling price based on price list.
• Review the brand price factor and cost price yearly.
• Work with the store manager and marketing teams on product launch, brand trainings and sales mechanics.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 0 - 1 year experience in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Great Interpersonal Skills
• Fluent with Google Suite and Microsoft tools
• Meticulous and Analytical

Deployment:

1. Base Contract Period: 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024
2. CCA training time: Every Tuesdays : 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm.

• Excluding public holidays, school holidays and CCA stand down period for exams.
• The School may request for additional training session(s) for key milestone events.

Scope of Works:

• Estimated Total Hours per year: 90 Hrs/ Year
• (Training Sessions: 72 hrs + Key Milestone Events: 18 hrs)
• Estimated No of Students: 45 to 55 nos
• Target Group: Primary 3-6 Students

1. To design and plan a developmentally appropriate training programme focusing on developmental skills.
2. To provide qualified Instructors for all CCA trainings
3. To provide materials for the different activities that are conducted throughout the year, based on the planned sessions together with the teachers-in-charge
4. To work with the teachers-in-charge to motivate students and equip them with life skills and values
5. To develop students’ passion for the CCA and its activities
6. To prepare students for recreational events related to the CCA
7. Provide risk assessment for activities conducted at external venues
8. To include sessions at an external facility (when possible)

Requirement:

1. All instructors must be registered with MOE as CCA Physical Sports Instructors
2. The Instructors should possess minimum SG-Coach Level 1 (Theory) and SG-Coach Level 1 (Technical) or its equivalent.
3. The Instructors should also preferably be registered with National Registry of Coaches (NROC) for the respective sport.
4. The Instructors must have a valid first-aid with Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification.

• Others:
  The Instructor(s) should possess minimum
  • Climbing Level 1 certification.
  • Orienteering Level 1 certification.

Brand Newsroom is looking for an exceptional talent to join our team as Assistant Editor. You will play a leadership role in creating engaging audience-centric content that is relevant and relatable, and resonates with the audiences of The Straits Times, The Business Times, and other SPH Media English platforms.

Working with a team of editors and an army of contributors, you must have the ability to manage all the moving parts needed to bring a content project to life. The job requires ideation, planning, project management, pitching, client management, and exceptional editing and writing skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to craft and refine ideas for stories, content series, concepts, themes; creating multiformat content that’s relevant to the audiences of both Chinese and English news titles
• Project manage campaigns through their life cycles, editing and writing a range of stories, working with an internal team of editors and pool of freelancers
• Gate-keep with a keen awareness of political, financial, social and legal minefields
• Ensure content is produced to brief at highest quality; and evangelises use of in-house style guides
• Write, edit, proofread and improve content; optimising copy and headlines for digital and social media according to best SEO practices
• Craft effective and engaging social media copy
• Manage sales / client relationships and help educate them on Brand Newsroom’s journalistic approach to storytelling
• Manage deadlines and monitor budgets
• Build a high-quality pool of contributors
• Comply with media law and ethical guidelines

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in content creation, including digital and social media platforms
• Newsroom experience is key
