Responsibility:

· Provide Nurse Counselling to United Primary Care Network (PCN) patients which includes education on Chronic Disease Management, Smoking Cessation, Mental Health, and health promotion.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in any specialisation
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as leads generation specialist. Experience in online and offline/physical leads generation campaigns will be very relevant
• Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate well with the leads to understand their requirement.
• Good knowledge on the use of CRM to track leads generation and analyze the data
• Good understanding of the energy and renewables business will be an advantage.

Roles and responsibilities:

Respond to and manage customer enquiries

Maintain customer and sales records

Maintain company database

Assist in preparing costing estimates and quotations

Prepare and send invoices and service receipts to customers

Maintain inventory to ensure sufficient supplies

Assist with HR matters such as claims, leave records, any other duties assigned

Data entry and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree preferred

Proficient with Microsoft applications such as word, excel, powerpoint

Good communication skills

Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) , 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)

Job Scope

- Basic know of fabrication of parts using Milling, Turning and Grinding machines

- Able to read and interpret engineering documents and drawings

- Ability to measure, examines and test to detect defects and ensure conformance to specification, using precision instruments such as caliper or micrometer or profile projector

- Must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines.

- Upkeep and maintain production machinery and equipment.

- Attend to breakdown and perform troubleshooting.

- To investigate and analyse the cause of breakdown of machinery and tooling problems that are affecting product quality.

Responsibilities

Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition/Retention & Operations

● Forecast staffing needs and the projection of yearly manpower budget

● Manage hiring / resignation related activities and existing staff support

Performance Management

Requirements

● Degree with at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resources function.

● Experience in TCM health and wellness industry would be advantageous.

● Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) would be advantageous

● Good Knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws

● Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, in both spoken and written English and Chinese

● Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities
