Salary: $2000 - $3000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Warehouse facility.
• Lead the Warehouse Team and perform daily Warehouse operations on receiving, handling, storing, picking, inspection and packing activities within the Warehouse.
• Develop a warehouse management system by determining product handling, storage, packaging and delivery requirements including space utilization, inventory management, goods inspection and logistics processes / procedures.
• Set-up and maintain Warehouse standards to define Warehouse workflow.
• Responsible to control and monitor inventory levels by conducting regular stock takes and updating inventory records.
• In-charge of monitoring of stock transfer like goods issued to Production or return to Warehouse.
• Facilitate proper paperwork done to ensure stock accuracy in the inventory system.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse team and assists on incoming and outgoing goods delivery.
• Practice first in, first out of goods
• Ensuring cleanliness and housekeeping of Warehouse area.
• Continuously looking into ways to improve warehouse operational procedures on stock transfers and operational safety to improve stock integrity and safety of the warehouse operations.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management / Superior.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience on Warehousing role or related functions
• Strong knowledge on Warehouse processes and procedures
• Able to generate Warehouse standards / operating procedures / work instructions.
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Able to lift boxes up to 15kgs. (Manual work 90%, Paperwork 10%)
• Possession of a forklift license is an advantage.
• Experience in handling large shipments and using of warehouse equipment like pallet jack, etc.
• Working knowledge on SAP system is preferred or its equivalent system
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with a team-player mindset

Job Description:

Provide legal and secretariat support to the company, including but not limited to:

• Responsible for the reviewing (and occasionally drafting) of legal and company secretarial related documents, with the main focus on Singapore-based contracts;
• Handle, monitor, liaise and follow-up on contractual issues, dispute settlements and document management;
• Assist with the identification and mitigation of legal risks in projects and business operations, develop and implement strategies when necessary;
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, standards and laws, and monitor the relevant changes and advise on potential impacts;
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all legal files, contracts, agreements and correspondence related to the projects;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external professionals for corporate affairs; and
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superiors and management.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent discipline.
• Knowledge of IP law, Employment and Workplace Health and Safety regulations, Corporate Governance, and standard contract forms such as PSSCOC, FIDIC, and others will be advantageous.
• Ability to negotiate and draft contracts, amendments, and change orders, and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration, mediation and litigation.
• Awareness of liability issues arising from defects, delays, or accidents on site.
• Ability to think critically and propose practical legal solutions to complex business challenges.
• Precision in reviewing contracts, legal documents, and compliance reports.
• Manage multiple legal issues concurrently without compromising the quality of work.
• A strong sense of professional ethics and integrity, particularly when advising the company on legal risk.
