• In consultation with relevant stakeholders, develop a plan outlining how the school will promote its MSc programmes with the aim of increasing intake numbers whilst maintaining a competitive edge.

2) Analyse Marketing Data

• Track, anaylse and report on the impact of all marketing and outreach activities.
• Look for ways to better engage with prospective students.
• Evaluate competitors, compile and share industry trends, identify new market opportunities.

3) Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Optimize web structure and content for search engines keeping best practices in mind.
• Drive Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns and evaluate its effectiveness.

4) Direct Social Media Engagement Strategy

• Set content strategy and editorial calendar for MAE’s social media pages with the aim of increasing brand awareness and identity.

5) Develop Marketing Collateral

• Review collateral for print and digital media ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines; evaluate its effectiveness.

6) Oversee Events

• Coordinate local and overseas outreach activities (e.g. online and in-person programme information sessions)
• Oversee annual Alumni Networking Event, Gradation Dinner, and Orientation
• Plan and coordinate monthly Industry Seminar Series.

7) Handle External Communications and Job Placements

• Build relationships by engaging with industry partners, alumni, media, and vendors to promote the School’s MSc programmes
• Source and secure job placements/internships opportunities

8) Coordinate Cross-Functional leadership

• Keep everyone informed of the marketing plans and be the go-to person for any marketing-related activity

Job Requirements:

• A recognized university degree in business, engineering, communication studies or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of work experience in a related area field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent command of the English language and strong command of a second language preferred.

Job Description

• Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable/accounts payable and GL functions.
• Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliation & cash flows.
• Prepare monthly vendor payments, account vendor invoices and staff claims, etc.
• Prepare quarterly GST reporting.
• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing and account consolidation.
• Prepare and maintain audit and tax schedules, reconciliations, and statutory reporting for tax and audit purposes
• Liaise closely with projects QS on accrual accounting and ensure on time project cost monitoring.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent and other external parties.
• Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting functions with full sets of accounts knowledge
• At least 1-2 vears of relevant work experience in construction industry preferred.
• Has knowledge on project accounting will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS office and ERP system implementation.
• Possess good working attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
• Proficiency in bilingual in both English and Chinese and able apply in Chinese Accounting Software.
