Job Description

• Lead safety practices and initiatives.

The Senior Manager is a managerial role and will work towards fulfilling the key strategies of HFCAS. The Senior Manager will work and report directly to the elected Secretary-General and President who serves on the Executive Committee. Scope & Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and direction on commissioning/qualification activities.
• Assist in change control assessments and reviews.
• Conduct laboratory computer system data integrity assessments and reviews.
• Lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of the LIMS system within the QC department.
• Work closely with QC and IT teams to ensure that the LIMS meets all operational and regulatory requirements.
• Customize LIMS workflows, forms, and reports to align with specific QC processes.
• Develop and execute qualification and validation protocols for the LIMS, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
• Perform system validation and testing to ensure the LIMS functions as intended.
• Document all qualification and validation activities in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or similar).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QC within a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology).
• Proven experience in LIMS implementation, configuration, and validation.
• Strong understanding of qualification and validation processes in a GMP/GLP environment.
• Proficiency in LIMS software (e.g., LabWare, STARLIMS, SampleManager) and laboratory automation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

1. Responsible for monthly account closing for entities in the Group

2. Liaise with outsourced accounting firm and review the accounts prepared by them

As an Automation Systems Engineer, you will work directly with customers to define functional requirements and design, configure and implement control systems, software prohrams, electronic circuitry or packing for products or systems.

Description of work:

• Work in a team environment with engineers and designers from RoviSys, partners and clients to provide state of the art Control Systems to improve efficiency, product quality and profitability of process manufacturing.
• Design Electrical Panels, Control Architecture, and wiring drawings.
• Develop and build solutions using different industrial applications.
• Development of P&ID documentation for process clients.
• Define and implement Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)/Ladder Design, Distributed Control System (DCS) configuration to meet client needs.
• Execute and lead services such as system upgrades, system support and routine maintenence.
• Implementation of industrial application based on solution architect and technical lead's design.
• Testing and on-site commissioning of control systems.
• Support of process control clients at sites in Singapore and abroad.
• May grow into position leading team of engineers and technicians to provide control system solutions for clients.

Control Systems knowledge:

• Electrical design and Process Control fundamentals.
• Familiar with Controllers, such as single loop control, PLC, DCS, DDC or PC based control.
• Exposure to Control Theory and some process understanding is helpful but not required.
• Platform knowledge in Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Emerson, DeltaV, etc.
• Process understanding of batch or continuous process control, combustion control, etc.
• Awareness of process safety, validation, and good documentation practices.
• Programming languages: PLC ladder logic, Function Block, SFC VB.
• Third party HMI/SCADA Software, i.e. Intellution, WonderWare, OSIsoft, etc.
• Others: network design/administration.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people.
• B.S in Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Process or Industrial experience is a plus.
