Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum a Diploma in Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Product Deployment and Delivery:
  Collaborate with a team of Software Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure smooth deployment and delivery of D-SIMLAB’s software products at semiconductor manufacturing sites. Work with global clients to address their technical needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Product Enhancement:
  Contribute to the continuous improvement of D-SIMLAB’s software, focusing on areas such as data visualization and algorithm optimization to improve product quality and user experience. Actively participate in product development cycles, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Key Software Component Development:
  Take ownership of the development and maintenance of critical software components, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability in diverse manufacturing environments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:
  Strong skills in C#, .NET, SQL.
  Familiarity with software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and version control systems.
  Experience with algorithms, data structures, and software architecture design.
  Experience with visualization frameworks and tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tooling Contract review, mold design review, mold trial review, project review meetings
• Liaise with Designers, manufacturing Engineers, Planners on the progress of tool fabrication to achieve 100% on-time delivery
• Provide timely updates and Gantt charts to BD group
• Attend mold testing and perform molding process optimization to achieve part consistency quality
• Study FA report for dimensional rectification according product form fit functions as required by the customer
• Lead team in problem solving – identification of problems and analysis of the root cause
• Liaise with suppliers for mold outsourching on all tooling related issues
• Provide BD with technical support and customers with tooling feasibilities; Prepare quotation for engineering change requests
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / NITEC in Precision Machining, Tooling Technology or relevant
• Experience in project management and tooling technical incline
  Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relation skills
• Able to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision
  

Installation, commissioning and modification of marine switch boards and systems

Breaker calibration and testing.

Handling projects as requested by ship yard.

Safety devices for generators such as over current protection relays, reverse power protection relays (Omron, DEIF, and Crompton).

Electrical instruments such as Voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, power factor meter & kilo wattmeter (DEIF, & selco).

Switchgears (Mitsubishi, Terasaki, Merlin gerin, & Siemens).

Testing, trouble shooting and upgrading the following panels
