• Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.

• Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
• Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• B.B.A. (Hons) in Human Resource Management or similar relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• To work as Process Lead for Oil & Gas Projects and guide a team of 10 to 15 Process
• Engineers to finish the Process design (start from Basic design to Detail Design) of the project.
• Guide Engineers and Designers to execute the Process Engineering of the Project which
• includes PFD, P&ID, MSD, PSD, HAZOP, Pump Head Calculation, Line sizing calculation,
• Heat & Material Balance, SIL Study, Process Line List, Surge Analysis, Process data
• sheets for Equipment’s and Instruments, Heat Transfer Calculation, Instrument Sizing calculation, Process design calculation and reports, vendor document review, MAHM
• Reports, HAZID, ALARP, Performance Standards
• Attend meeting and co-ordinate with client and other discipline and vendors for regular update of the project and clarifications
• Work closely with project Team and BDD for Tender works in preparing technical proposal for submission to client and to lead the technical discussion with client for Tender clarification

Purpose of the Position

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Process Technician's primary responsiblity is to ensure the smooth operation of his/her assigned Process Unit, be it in either the Field or DCS Panel Operation.

Job Description

DCS Operation

• Perform starts up and shuts down according to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions or Checklists.
• Monitor and control process variables via DCS (towers, reactors, driers, compressors, etc) to maintain quality & plant in steady & efficient condition.
• Respond to process alarms, process upsets or abnormal process conditions according to established practices and procedures in order to begin or cease production as advised by Supervisor or Engineers.
• Troubleshoots equipment and/or process problems in order to identify needed corrections or improvements.
• Initiate and perform Safety bypass with approval from Supervisor.

Field Operation

• Performs equipment line-ups and operate towers, reactors, driers, compressors, pumps, etc according to established practices and procedures.
• Responds to upsets or abnormal process conditions according to instructions from Supervisor or Panelman.
• Troubleshoots equipment and/or process problems in order to identify needed corrections or improvements.
• Collect process samples from assigned sampling points in a safe manner.
• Equipment Inspection Tours according to checklist.

Requirements

• NITEC in Chemical Process Technology /Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Min. 1-2 years Operational experience with demonstrable exposure to Process Plant Operations and site-based activity or equivalent.
• Experience in Safety Awareness programs or involvement in Safety Committees will be an added advantage.

1. Assist in all project development work in respect of technical design and process design; other engineering-related activities as and when required. Especially on the civil & structural related activities and work – like topographical, soil investigation, structural design, racking design confirmation & coordination.

Job Description:

• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections on mainly Structural Works and Architectural Works.
• Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards.
