Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care team is responsible for serving as the customer’s main point of contact for quoting and placing orders for Drew products and services and assisting in the resolution to a customer’s inquiry or issue. • Minimum higher NiTEC / Diploma (or equivalent) in CNC or mechanical engineering discipline

Responsibilities

• Generate manually G-code program (Mazatrol) according to the drawings
• Perform First Article Inspection on finished work piece

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crane Operator at Cogent Eastern Precision Pte Ltd. The operator will be resposible with with the day to day operations in the container depot.

1. Assist in container shifting operations

2. Operate yard cranes using computer console to mount and offload containers to and from Prime Movers

3. Arranging and shifting containers in the container yard

4. Load and unload containers to/ from trailers by operating forklift truck or crane

5. Stack containers at the required location, maintain orderliness and ensure containers are stacked safely

6. Shift containers for repairs / washing

7. Track container locations

8. Perform forklift / equipment checks daily

9. Perform housekeeping of the operations working areas

10. Adhere to statutory / company’s safety and health policies, procedures and regulations

11. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Responsibilities:

• The candidate shall carry out Outline and Detailed Mechanical Designs which are cost-effective and meet the requirements of the client’s specifications, and which can be purchased, installed and commissioned effectively.
• The candidate shall produce and check all design deliverables, including Design Specifications, Schedules, Drawings, and Calculations, and must have a good knowledge of CAD and BIM design.
• The candidate shall review clients, or third-party design and information to determine suitability and liaise with those concerned to obtain further information if necessary.
• The candidate shall have experience gained by delivering projects across the complete project lifecycle, from front-end engineering design (FEED) through detailed design, technical assurance, testing and commissioning, and final handover.
• Challenge client asset standards where a clear opportunity exists to use an alternative, cost effective process or product without reducing the overall outcome.
• The candidate shall carry out tender bid analysis for various items of plant.
• The candidate shall complete deliverables on time and to budget and, where necessary, manage the deliverables of others to ensure deliverables dates and budgets are maintained.

• The candidate shall prepare fee estimates, design programme and liaison with clients to agree project deliverables.
