Job Scope:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Building Management, landlords, and contractors.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of office administration and facility services.
• Ensure consistency in administrative standards across multiple locations.
• Provide daily support for office facilities, including equipment maintenance and office supply management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Coordinate renovation and relocation projects with property agencies, landlords, and contractors across various Asian countries.
• Manage vendor relationships, including price negotiations, contract management, and reviewing facility-related agreements.
• Review and verify quotations and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in facilities management, including regional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach.
• Adaptable, proactive, and well-organized.
