Reporting & Operation

- Lead the finance team and manage financial cycles, providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team, oversee the financial management, accounting and reporting matters;

Planning & Leadership

- Train up, influence and improve finance team, prioritize the tasks and direct the assignment

- Regular discussion with CEO to evolve strategies, advise and align on long-term business and financial planning in line with corporation vision;

- Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business and risk management;

Qualification of Chief Finance Officer

- An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable;

- At least 10 years' experience in the finance industry and proven leadership and management experience is essential – with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace;

- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders.

· Manage inventory of school’s laboratory and science equipment and materials;

· Maintain cleanliness and neatness in the Science Laboratory; and

· Assist in any other duties assigned by the school.

Requirement:

· At least 1 year of working experience;

· A pass in English Language at N or O level or its equivalent;

· A pass in Science at N or O level or its equivalent;

· Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task;

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and

· Preferably to be proficient in Microsoft Office/Word.

Have company bus transportation from Woodlands and Yishun MRT

1. Monitors, reviews and comments on the overall planning of construction activities, plans, specifications and scheduling to identify critical milestones and priorities, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.;
2. Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client as well as effectively lead the specific project
3. Coordinates and supervises construction activities, including identifying and solving problems related to site as well as planning and co-ordinating technical or site issues;
4. Apply comprehensive knowledge of various disciplines to be used during construction, as well as the methods and techniques of works;
5. Keep alert to possible problem areas and take preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project. Prepares and maintains construction schedule;
6. Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to Clients, Architects, Consultants and Project Manager’s specifications;
7. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of all subcontractors as well as determining labour requirements on site;
8. Control and monitor the expenses of labour, material, equipment and any other relevant item related to project/site;
9. Ensure that all relevant drawings (Such as as-built, construction ...etc.) are prepared and updated on site on an on-going basis by all trades during the construction period
10. Conduct and coordinate meetings;
11. Schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process;
12. Review, monitor and control the services, qualities and performances of all subcontractors as well as major construction equipment required by the project to be available at the appropriate time to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
13. Maintains positive relationships with Client, Architects, Consultants, Authorities, all Contractors, suppliers and any other relevant personnel;
14. Encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately;
15. Maintains an organized work site, including the construction office.
16. Reports to Director.
