Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Preventive Maintenance Technician (Semiconductor) located in Woodlands. Our clients are headquartered in the USA and established as the global key leader in the Semiconductor industry. You will be following the daily preventive maintenance schedule, managing the arrangement and logistics of new and old parts, and preparing and maintaining PM jigs and tools. Key tasks involve performing preventive maintenance on robots, such as cleaning and greasing parts, and replacing sensors, motors, and motor drivers. The role also requires the installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, and heater jackets. Additionally, the individual will assist tool owner engineers with technical activities like troubleshooting, modifications, installations, and de-installations in the fabrication area. Support for 6S practices, including parts cleaning, organization, labeling, and housekeeping, is also a significant part of the job.

Qualifications:

• Min. NITEC or Diploma in any Engineering field or equivalent certification
• Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in cleanroom suit
• Work experience in semiconductor industry will be an added advantage

• Assist and support in managing restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analyzing Sales, Labour & Food cost variances
• Participate in planning weekly schedule planning and daily team floor plan.
• Trains and provide on-going communication to staff and deliver first-class service to customers
• Propose staff changes in assigned areas, including hiring, promotion, demotion and vacation leave
• Maintain safety requirements in the restaurant.

• Manage a designated caseload of juniors and seniors; including meeting with students individually and in groups on a regular basis, and supporting them with all elements of the college process.
• Support implementation of the multi-year strategic plan based on the recommendations coming out of the college counseling review and future emerging needs.
• Collaborate with the Personal Academic Counseling team to ensure sustained focus on students’ social and emotional health through the college consideration, application and transition processes.
• Advise students, their parents, and the broader SAS community about the college admission process, trends, procedures and testing.
• Counsel and support students as they engage in the college research process, draft essays, and complete applications to colleges and universities.
