• Identify business development opportunities in clean/ renewable energy as well as market expansion for existing products and services.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to strategise forays in new energy (ammonia, LNG and hydrogen etc.), and to evaluate new markets for existing products and services to achieve market expansion and business development goals.

• Define, identify and implementation of market entry strategies globally via primary and secondary research, industry, market and competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.

• To lead market research initiatives (in house or outsource), analyse latest market and industry trends, and identify suitable opportunities.

• Evaluate the findings of market research; assess the viability of alternative market segment for growth and make recommendations on business strategies.

• To identify, build, and manage long-term business relationships with clients and strategic partners.

• To lead strategic initiatives related to investment opportunities in renewables, mergers/ acquisitions/ divestitures activities, setting up new ventures, strategic alliances, IP rights licensing etc.

• Provide full support to Business Development General Manager to drive strategic initiatives related to business development opportunities and strategic alliances, JV’s, distribution agreement, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, IP rights licensing etc.

• Make decision for the organisation within his/her designated authority by assessing ROI, risk and cost/benefit.

• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction for repeat jobs.

• Implement HSE objectives, policy and company HSE procedures within his authority limit

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support end-user hardware and software deployment
• Provides support and troubleshooting for end-user incidentals
• Liaising with outsource services provider in resolving issues when required
• Support and maintain office IT assets and documentation
• Monitoring and maintaining office network and data backup and recovery
• Liaising with vendors in sourcing and purchasing or IT requirements
• Support user account maintenance for ERP system
• Help to setup or troubleshoot and resolve online meeting incidentals
• Maintain company website and email accounts
• Support branch office IT counterpart when necessary

Requirements

• Handling all incoming customer queries and questions
• Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
• Referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to management
• Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed
• Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information
