Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Selected candidate will be engaged under a third-party agency payroll for the tenure of employment in SRC. 2-year contract (with possibility for contract renewal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update database in Asset Management System and Excel.
• Organize and manage data for easy retrieval and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI to enhance asset management.
• Compile and attach reports from various sources.
• Provide general clerical support, including filing, copying, and scanning documents.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information.
• Handle correspondence and communication related to technical tasks.

• Diploma related to IT / Engineering is required.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Basic knowledge of report generation and document management.
• Experience with data management and analytics is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a technical or engineering environment is a plus.
• Power BI advanced user certification and experience handling "big data" is an advantage.

The company is scaling up our membrane production for pilot and commercial projects in SEA region. We are looking for full-time technician to support the manufacturing of membrane products.

Responsibilities

1. To support membrane manufacturing activities, which includes fibre spinning, looping, stretching and treatment process.

2. To assist in managing inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products

3. To maintain proper records of each batch of newly manufactured products and ensure proper labelling and documentation.

4. To assist in preventive maintenance, checking, inspection and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.

5. To ensure that membrane products are manufactured with appropriate quality and on schedule with project or customer requirement.

6. To comply with standards, regulations and safe work practices.

7. To provide supporting duties for product testing, when required.

Requirements

· Minimum Higher NITEC/Professional Certificate in Engineering or Manufacturing or equivalent

· Diploma without experience is welcome to apply and willing to be trained

· Experience in polymer processing and extrusion processes would be an advantage

· Possess a positive attitude and sense of urgency

· Meticulous, keen attention to details and organized.
