The Visiting Professor will collaborate with PAP colleagues to work in the area of nanophotonics, especially in Deeply Subwavelength Superoscillatory Imaging (DSSI), including the fabrication and characterization of nanometer sized feathers, generating diffraction images. Using both experimental results and simulated images as training data, obtain optical images with picometer resolution via deep learning. He/she will get involved with collaborated research in the programme level (NRF-CRP) with PAP colleagues, as well as explore collaborations with colleagues from other Schools within NTU.

The candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in cutting edge nano-photonics, plasmonics, especially in superoscillatory imaging technologies, as well as expertise in AI and deep learning . He/she should be also able to fabricate photonic devices using electron-beam lithography and focus ion beam. As Cloud Network Engineer, you are part of JCI’s ongoing and exciting digital transformation strategy, as a Cloud Network engineer you will work with the wider global network and IT teams, business partners and managed service vendors to manage, maintain and enhance the Cloud hosting environment in Johnson controls.

What We Look For:

• Engineering Degree onwards or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process)
• 3 years and above experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, HVAC / Refrigeration, or similar industry.

MAINTENANCE EXECUTION

• Ensure all aspects of Safety, Environmental, Quality and Cost are being met
• Accountable for execution of all Static, Rotating and Civil maintenance work in accordance with the local Authorities requirement, Industry and Neste rules and regulations.
• Ensures Neste and Contract Resources are available for scheduled jobs and special services. Manage, coach, and facilitate a team to execute maintenance activities. Discuss jobs daily.
• Jointly discusses new job priority with Maintenance Area Lead and Planners.
• Responsible for performing frontline troubleshooting of equipment.
• Shall attend the daily operational and co-ordination meetings.

• Ensure all documentation is maintained, history is being captured, and any feedback is effectively being utilized. Be prepared for audits of this documentation.
• Contribute to the development of work procedures.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance effectiveness programs and the tracking of these programs. Looks for opportunities to eliminate low value work and replace it with vital work.
• Works with engineering and/or assist to eliminate bad actors by repair, replacement, or re-engineering. Much of this will be to recognize repeat issues and understand the root cause of issues.To use Root Cause analysis, whether it be for everyday troubleshooting or as feedback to engineers or production.
• Understanding the maintenance budget and working with the PMCs and Maintenance Lead to meet these budgets. They should be able to identify and explain any discrepancy with their budget. Provide support to the Maintenance Lead for budget planning. Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility by being aware of and supportive of maintenance budget and cost performance expectations
• Contributes to the material management strategy setup and update.

Keys to success in this role

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in refinery and petrochemical
• Prior Experience in Projects, Commissiong, TAs execution
• Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant equipment
