• Based on the mechanical structure of the designed multi-material micro-nano 3D printer and the required process route, the automation of the system is realized, and the coupling development of the multi-material micro-nano 3D printer machinery and control system is completed;
• Realize the successful manufacture and application exploration of multi-material composite parts with complex shapes;
• Technical write up and presentation.

Job Requirements:

• PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automation/Control/Material Processing/Robotics.
• Experience in Design, construction and system integration of complex precision mechanical equipment.
• Experience in Additive manufacturing process and materials based on vat light curing (SLA, DLP).
• Preferably with experience or research experience building 3D printers from the ground up.
• Experience in C/C++ programming for embedded system and Machine GUI Design.
• Experience in development of SLA, DLP 3D printer (experimental platform);
• Experience in Preparation and application of functional polymers
• Experience in Solve practical engineering problems in the process of automation equipment development

Scope

The primary task of a QA/QC Technician is to support the Technical Manager in rendering product and application related technical assistance and support to internal and external customers. You will be working closely with the front-line team, and will be involved in the development, implementation, organization, maintenance and update of all technical related matters. You will also be carrying out day-to-day duties of the QC lab. QA/QC Technician is expected to be a team player and someone who is committed.

Responsibilities (including, but not restricted to)

- Comply, execute, maintain & update QA/QC processes.

- Ensure that QA/QC Department meets external and internal audit requirements.

- Support in the development, implementation, organisation, and update of technical related materials for training.

- Identify, analyse, investigate, propose, and resolve technical and quality issues.

- Conduct root cause analysis, control, and review measures.

- Set clear objectives, evaluate progress, and instil a high-performance culture with focus on teamwork, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues.

- Ensure high quality, up to date technical documentation.

- Quality assurance on supplier compliance to internal QA/QC standards.

- Communicate and coordinate with all testing parties.

- Continuously learn about market and competitor product development and performance requirements providing input and tactical direction to the business on technical support and services.

- Ability to translate technical information into marketing lingo, challenging the norm.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in steel engineering.

- Certificate/Diploma in relevant engineering faculty.

- Strong market research skills, highly analytical and academic.

Location: Woodlands Close (Near Admiralty MRT)

• Responsible for the maintenance and engineering of all process control systems which may be installed in the plant or externally at customers' site.
• Perform fine-tuning, troubleshooting, modification and programming of the Control System as needed to improve system performance and optimize process operation needs.
• Response to 24-hour emergency call-out and provide night-shift support during plant startup, shutdown and as requested by Operation Team.
• Work closely with the Instrument Team to troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation problems.
• Work with the Project Team to develop requirements and/or specifications of control system for projects and modifications; supervise & implement the project works according to the schedule and requirements.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance works for plant turnaround.
• Perform strategy planning for control system expansion, upgrading and renewal.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, major in control and instrumentation is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working and maintaining process control systems, especially
• Honeywell DCS, Siemens PCS7 and Triconex PLC. Familiar with the engineering tools and programming languages of these systems.
• 3-5 years working experience in the refinery or petrochemical industry environment.
• Experience and knowledge in field instrumentation and control valve are added advantage.
• Experience in control system expansion, upgrading and renewal projects.
• Self-confident and able to work independently with minimum supervision but also a good team
• layer.
• Able to multitask, perform well under high pressure and quick-changing environments.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Project, Outlook and SAP systems.
• Knowledge and experience with computer system networking and server/client environments.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Good written and communication skill.
