In addition, this role provides consultations and guidance to and works with the team of professionals within and external to NTU to mobilize support for these students so that they are able to effectively navigate their academic and career pathways.

Responsibilities:

Counselling and case management and consultation

• Conduct psychological assessment of students’ needs, abilities and functioning using a variety of methods, including psychometric measures/tests, questionnaires, clinical interviews, and behaviour analyses and interpret assessment findings to guide interventions.
• Review literature on recent developments in age-appropriate interventions for university students with complex/severe mental health issues.

Since October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the elderly and the sick, families, persons with disabilities, and children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Teacher in classroom and engagement of children
• Conduct small group activities when required e.g. routines such as CIrcle Time
• Assist Lead Teacher in carrying out therapeutic interventions as instructed
• Ensure that students are well supervised during contact time in the centre
• Brainstorm and plan activities to support students' learning
• Preparing teaching resources
• Support students' toileting needs
• Receive and discharge the students before and after classes
• Take class attendance and compute attendance summary
• Conduct health and temperature checks
• Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and conducive learning environment
• Maintain good communication with parents
• Assist in filing of documents
• Attend transdisciplinary team meetings, workshops, in-service training and sharing sessions
• Any other duties as assigned

• GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC in non-related discipline

• Experience working with young children preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Carry out maintenance on all restaurant equipment and records, perform daily operation tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, consolidation of daily sales, attend to reservation phone calls and serving food & beverages.

2. Provide excellent customer service at all time and ability to handle feedbacks and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction, operation efficiency and productivity.

3. Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant to ensure smooth operation and monitor inventory to ensure that resources are used effectively and minimizing wastage.

4. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all time.

5. Ensure compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as the cleanliness and sanitation at work areas.

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B industry

2. Able to work split shift, weekends and public holidays

3. Customer oriented, service focus, responsible and positive working attitude.

4. Strong Management skills & good communication skills

5. Handle cash register, POS and Credit card terminals.

6. Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping.

7. Manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and effectiveness of standards;
• Ensure verification of raw material and packaging material specification;
• Carry out analysis of products, testings and r&d;
• Maintains HACCP/ISO/FSC22000 system, document and process control;
• Liaising and facilitating auditing (Internal/External);

• Ensure quality by analyse yield report, develop quality assurance framework and manage non-compliance quality cases; and

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Food Science/food related/food process;
• Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, FSC2200 and Food Safety auditing is preferred;

Job Description

• Identify business and sales opportunities in the market through cold calls, sales referrals, networking and prospecting.
• Develop and establish relationships with Architects/Developers/Owners/Consultants/Interior Designers/Builders and Main Contractors for new business and sales opportunities.
• Pitch and present the Company’s products and services to Architects/Developers/Owners/Consultants/Interior Designers/Builders and Main Contractors
• Provide competitive sales quotations and/or complete solutions to clients/customers.
• Attending to pre and post sales enquiries.

Requirements:

• Diploma or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of sales of natural stones and/or tiles and sanitary wares will be an added advantage.

• Eloquent and outgoing.
• Possess skills in presentation, client relationships, negotiation and prospecting, sales planning, project sales tender.
