Job Description

• Monthly Basic Salary SGD2,000

• The key objective of this role is to work in a team with our merchandise team and to ensure our toys products are well stocked and displayed on shelves in department stores and supermarkets, like Kiddy Palace, NTUC Fairprice, Isetan, BHG, Takashimaya etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets, department stores like Kiddy Palace, NTUC Fairprice, Isetan, BHG, Takashimaya, etc. across Singapore and ensure that there are sufficient stock levels of items and that they are well-displayed.
• Set up and display in-store promotional displays and other point of sale materials.
• Negotiate with store personnel for better display positions and space.
• Record and report to sales manager on stock levels, display issues and competitive activities.

Requirements

• Preferable to have prior experience in a similar role performing merchandising tasks either for a consumer goods company or retailer.
• Candidate is required to visit retail outlets each day for stocks ordering and merchandising of toys.

Role overview

The QEHS Manager’s role is to lead the QEHS department whose purposes are to roll out the health & safety policy and programs of the company, to ensure a reliable environmental reporting (including CO2 and energy) and the compliance with Singapore regulations (from a licencing viewpoint), and to guarantee the effectiveness of the quality system.

Environment and health & safety being the fundamentals of both Veolia and hazardous waste management, the QEHS Manager, together with his team, has a direct impact on the activity, which stretches from the HW treatment operations (on Tuas site) to HW collection at customer’s sites, assisting in business development.

The QEHS Manager is part of the Management Team of the Hazardous Waste business of Veolia in Singapore and reports to the General Manager. The QEHS Manager interacts actively and transversely with the Veolia Group OHS and other functions relevant to environment, health & safety and quality, is involved in the QEHS community, oversees the reporting, guidelines and procedures implementation, etc.

Job Description:

• Manage the QEHS department (including its budget), setting up the objectives of the team members, defining and rolling out the QEHS action plan, monitoring the QEHS KPIs
• Responsible for the compliance with the Singapore regulations including terms of licenses to operate

• Responsible, together with the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) who is a member of the QEHS department, for the effective deployment of the Emergency Response Plan: submission and approval of the authorities, developing the emergency scenario, training strategy of the CERT, internal communication
• Responsible for the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies carried out within HW business
• Participate in the WSH committee

What will you be doing?

The Usual Stuff:
• Overseeing payroll, leave management, benefits, handling grievances, and etcccccc…...
• Crafting HR policies and refining our employee handbook
• Ensuring everything's on track - from onboarding to tax

• Forecasting of manpower movement and requiremenment (Home leave, etc)

The Not-So-Usual:
• Engaging chats with our diverse team - from the Pioneer/Merdeka generations to colleagues from Bangladesh, India, and China.
• Organizing occasional meals with team members and director
• Addressing feedback (and sometimes explaining why some ideas may not be implemented)
• Translating policies (with external parties) into native language of different groups of colleagues
• Designing and develop Accountability Chart
• Develop and growth of new departments as we scale
• Championing our core value

• Formulate wages banding within each role

• Keep track and report Performance Measure of each roles

Job Description:

• Order processing duties including but not limited to order entry, order amendments, order status notification, and order expediting.
• Attend and respond to all enquiries and customers’ feedback by telephone, fax and emails on timely manner.
• Provide professional service and advice to customers pertaining to products.
• Preparation of quotation and send to customers by telephone, fax or email.
• Follow-up on outstanding order and perform call-backs to customers if necessary.
• Perform close follow-up and internal co-ordination with customers, logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
• To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to achieve the sales targets.
• Prepare proforma invoice for the accuracy of the orders.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum “O” / Diploma levels.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service-related roles.
• Competence in PC skills (MC Microsoft Office)
• Must be a team player, independent, positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good communication skills and able to take up pressure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of all civil engineering/electrical & mechanical/landscaping projects
• Involved in tender preparation and participation
• Responsible for progress payments claims & other contractual matters
• Preparation and co-ordination of all correspondences with relevant parties and authorities
• Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications in Civil/ Structural Engineering/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in roles as QS
• Proficient in MS office & contract administration
• Must be meticulous with positive work attitude
• Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of autocad 2D & 3D skills would be an added advantage
• Independent and a good team player

Main Duties

• Ensure proper portioning of ingredients and materials handling according to menu requirements.
• To cook and standardise food quality as expected.
• Ensure sufficient daily mis-en-place during operations whilst on duty and before going off duty.
• Upkeep personal hygiene and sanitation according to food handlers’ requirement.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils are properly maintained, cleaned and stored in designated area.
• Ensure total kitchen cleanliness inclusive of utensils, work areas, woks, stoves, chillers, freezers, shelves, etc.
• To report any wastage of food, breakage, etc.
• To report any raw materials required for daily replenishments.

Requirements

• Preferably with 2 years working experience in the related field.
• Min. Basic Food Hygiene certificate

Duties include but not limited to:

Pre-Award/Tender Stage

Take on the BQ and evaluate on all Architectural items involved in the tender stage

Attend tender interview and answering Architectural enquiries with regards to workability

Attend to tender addendum with regards to Architectural tender enquiries

Awarded/Construction Stage

Attend and assist on the progress and sub-con technical meeting with Project Manager

Prepare construction shop drawing for approval

Coordinate with Architect on changes and CVI, RFI and RFA to be issued

Review all sub-con shop drawings submitted on Architectural matter

Record all EOT and Delays of Architectural progress on site

Post Construction Stage

Collate all Architectural handover document i.e., OMM, As-Built drawings, Warrantees etc.

Attend and coordinate Arch RI Inspection prior to TOP

Closing of project account by updating all defects

Job Requirement

Min Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent

Preferably 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works

Possess good oral and written communication skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS project, PDF editor etc

Responsible for preparation of shop drawing/working details for project
