- Work with Head chef of each kitchen on a regular basis to ensure every aspect of food safety management system is in place.
- Ensure that safety and food hygiene policy is strictly followed at all kitchens.
- Control the quantity and quality of the ingredients received from suppliers by ensuring the kitchen team is conducting all the mandatory checks on the goods received, stored and used for cooking.
- Initiate development of new menus, upgrade old menus and special event menus as per contractual requirement.
- Attend to day-to-day operational problems and needs concerning manpower, ingredient supply and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in recruitment, training and development for new hires
- Arrange for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the kitchen, its equipment, and other areas as appropriate
- Assist with the renewals of relevant licenses required for kitchen operations
- Establish and develop key relationships with the client management team and ensure all service deliveries are carried out as per the terms and conditions agreed in our contract through effective cost saving
- Liaise with clients and manage their expectations
- Responsible for the timely renegotiation of the existing contracts along with rate renewals with the support of management
- Undertake any operation related duties as assigned by the management.
Pre-requisite : (i) Min GCE “O” level and above, with at least min 2 years of experience in F&B operations
(ii) Good leadership and organization skills
