Testing & Commissioning Manager

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

You are expected to analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and communications with alliance partners.
• Monitor and optimize shipping routes and schedules.
• Analyse performance data and generate reports for management.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Support the negotiation and implementation of alliance agreements.
• Any other tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics and Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or any other related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related industry with experience in network planning preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin to facilitate discussions and negotiations with alliance partner members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Tools.

i) Manage the team of sales and manicurist, and manage the shop operations

ii)Provide professional nail services including manicure and pedicure, nail extension and gel nailservices

iii) Provide eyelash extension and hair extension

iv) Promote products and services, assist the customers for the selection of products and services
