Job Responsibilities

· Lead the project & design department in the execution of projects from design inception to tender calling to execution and handling over of projects for both new build or A&A works, including pre and post construction stage.

· Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the project team and managing risks for the successful completion of projects, within time, cost, and workmanship.

· Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the design team on test fitting of layouts, curation of design intents, material selections, keeping abreast of innovative or creative design solutions, including constant updating of design bible.

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• To formulate and carry out strategic procurement and contracts management supports for all directly invested projects
• To review cost assumptions for new projects

· Conduct random quality checks on repaired vehicles prior to customer handover to evaluate the robustness of the dealer quality control process;

· Monitor the completion rate of all field actions and ensure a dealer process to rework all vehicles exists and is applied;

· Review the quality of the Job card in relation to the information recorded by the service advisor and the technicians as part of their write-up. Provide the necessary level of coaching to improve the quality where necessary;

· Provide support to the Technical Manager by understanding the current number of open and aged cases. Liaise with the HQ ROL team to provide support and assistance where necessary to reach case resolution. Act as the escalation point for ROL to overcome issues with dealer/importer aged case process;

· Provide support the dealers in the management of specific customer complaints as and when required.

· Promote high quality and adequate quantity market information to manufacture for quality improvement and quick market solutions to fulfil requirements. WTT PRODUCTION MANAGER

World Table Tennis (WTT) is a commercial entity created by the ITTF to grow the professionalisation of table tennis by running ITTF’s commercial and events business. Taking a new, innovative and entrepreneurial approach to how table tennis should manage its competition platform and positioning, WTT has been tasked with re-imagining a new professional event structure, re-energising the entertainment and fan experience, and re-defining the new era.

WTT is seeking a detailed and organised individual who has good interpersonal skills and will be responsible for oversee all aspects of production planning and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Management

• Oversee production budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all WTT productions.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with Executive Producers/Producers in planning and executing all production projects, upholding WTT’s high standards of quality and on-time delivery.

Team Leadership

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and on-the-job training to junior production team members, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration.

Freelance Staff and Contractor Management

• Hire, onboard, and manage freelance staff and contractors, ensuring budget alignment and adherence to WTT’s production standards and processes.

Supplier Negotiations

• Preparation of Request for Quote documentation for distribution to 3rd party vendors
• Negotiate with suppliers and external vendors to secure optimal terms for personnel, equipment, and other resources, maintaining a high standard for cost efficiency and service quality.

Budget Preparation

• Develop comprehensive budgets and schedules for projects in development, and contribute to RFP responses as needed.

Cost Reporting

• Maintain financial accountability through monthly cost forecasts, reporting to the Head of Production, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

Risk Management

• Complete all required risk assessments, Production Declarations, and ensure compliance with WTT’s risk management policies and safety standards.

Health and Safety

• Uphold health and safety protocols across all production activities, fostering a safe work environment for all team members and on-site personnel.

Logistical Coordination

• Oversee travel, accommodation, and logistical needs for production staff, ensuring seamless on-the-ground operations for each event.
• Coordination with in-house Events, Competition, IT, Content and Commercial teams on logistics, venue planning, sports presentation, OVR, sponsorship and content requirements
• Oversee the management and booking of satellite and fibre delivery for the World Feed broadcast, as well as other distribution requests
• Any other task as required by Management

Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in production management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, preferably within sports broadcasting or live events.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of fostering team growth.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of risk assessment, health and safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in production management software, project tracking tools, and budgeting applications. Familiarity with AV and broadcast equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the demands of live event production schedules.

Job Summary:

The multi-disciplinary Design & Management(D&M) team, part of the regional Urban Solutions team is looking for an Assistant Manager, Project Management (Electrical) to join their team.

You will provide specialist advisory and assessment in all electrical engineering related subject matters in both land infrastructure and building development in the Asian markets.

Responsibilities:

• Review engineering design for industrial parks and township infrastructure plan/or concepts to achieve optimal design and cost for M&E works, from project feasibility to execution.
• Work with the D&M Team during the project planning stage to provide engineering inputs so as to produce realistic schedule and budget for projects
• Assist Project Manager to meet all project milestones toward completion of development projects within budget, schedule and acceptable quality.
• Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders such as project owners, consultant, contractors, etc, as part of the D&M Team.
• Review product material and design for project application.
• Conduct ad-hoc studies and analysis on electrical engineering subject matters to facilitate continuous process of development and product enhancement.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with a minimal 5 years' relevant experience in design and project management.
• Good knowledge and experiences in planning and implementation of M&E projects from inception to completion
• Knowledge of design, local Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations, preferably in SEA and/or India markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a 6-months contract (maternity cover).

• Plan, manage, review and implement all aspects of exhibition fabrications, design, technical drawings and operations relating to the realise of the exhibitions.

• Manage and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including artists, curators, fabricators, qualified person (QP), exhibition and graphic designers for the exhibition setup.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget in accordance to the safety, design and material specifications.
