We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the semiconductor sector. Your ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive business growth will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
• Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Diploma
• With 3-5 years’ experience preferably in the Semiconductor Industries
• Highly adaptive to a dynamic sales and marketing environment
• Good understanding on business case

1. Responsible to manage accounting system which ensures accurate management of the company’s financial affairs.

2. Ensure proper management of internal controls, due compliance processes and corporate policies to safeguard company interest.

3. Provide top management with monthly financial and operating statements to allow review of the company’s financial status.

4. Disburse all funds for payroll, operating and capital expenditures, and all other major disbursements on behalf of the company.

7. Responsible for the welfare of the Japanese expatriates and act as a liaison person with HQ.

8. Responsible for full spectrum human resource and administration management.

10. Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards.

11. Experience in watch manufacturing environment is preferred.

12. Able to write and speak Japanese fluently.

Responsibilities:

• General office management including ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office
• Providing supporting to partners and professional staff on adhoc matters such as includes typing/drafting and printing of documents
• Ensuring documentation are maintained in an organised and effective manner for ease of retrieving and clients records are kept up todate
• Basic accounting duties (training will be provided)
• Handle the invoicing process, issue invoices to clients, and diligently follow up on payments to ensure timely receivables
• HR responsibilities include recruitment, maintaining leave records, keeping records of laptop register, etc.
• Supervising one Admin Assistant

Requirements:

Candidates should preferably possess a Degree/ Diploma or any equivalent professional qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience
• Prior experience within a supervisor role is desirable
• A team player with strong leadership skills

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Working hours may be adjusted occasionally, within the 42-hour per week limit, to meet school’s needs
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The Services required are set out as follows:

· Assist teachers in the preparation of teaching materials, laboratory resources, conduct of practical sessions and preparation of worksheets;

· Provide support for programmes run by the department which may include shifting of bulky laboratory items;

Accompany students on learning journeys

· Manage inventory of school’s laboratory and science equipment and materials;

· Maintain cleanliness and neatness in the Science Laboratory; and

· Assist in any other duties assigned by the school.

Requirement:

· At least 1 year of working experience;

· A pass in English Language at N or O level or its equivalent;

· A pass in Science at N or O level or its equivalent;

· Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task;

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and

· Preferably to be proficient in Microsoft Office/Word.
