Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and execute laboratory equipment qualification.
• Engage with vendors to gather technical information and arrange commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and optimization as needed.
• Develop protocols and procedures, execute qualification and implementation of laboratory equipment and systems, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with GxP regulations and company requirements.
• Determine and implement optimal approaches for laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and operation to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform troubleshooting to ensure successful equipment qualification, investigating and resolving technical faults and issues.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to the team for equipment handover.

Requirements:

• Experience with laboratory equipment qualification and computerized system validation.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
• Understanding of industrial practices related to laboratory equipment and computerized systems.
• Familiarity with QC requirements and laboratory processes/workflow is an advantage.
• Project management experience.

Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency

· Interviewing potential employees to determine whether they have the right qualifications and experience for the job

· Ensuring that nightclub security personnel are trained in conflict resolution methods and laws regarding the use of force

· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively

· Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators

· Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements

· Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible

Bring in new project to increase company revenue . Workers safety must also be maintain. recruitment of new workers be it local or oversea to do the work properly .

• To enforce and monitor that all operational standards, as per policies, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times
• To constantly identify areas for improvement in service and food and beverage quality by reviewing various service quality audit reports, guest comment cards and guest incident reports, and formulate action plans accordingly

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities’ compliances issues to avoid discrepancies.
• Oversee recruitment of manpower.
• Perform cost management to manage projects within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects.
• Procurement of raw material and oversee payments.
• To perform any other ah-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum degree or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years working experience

- Capable of multi tasking projects

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
