• Assist in onboarding new parents and recommending coding programs.
• Support customer success through events and competitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.
• Plan lead generation events and ensure class payments.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to assess students and follow up.
• Handle administrative tasks like emails, data entry, and research.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Track student progress and manage parent relationships.
