Main Duties

• Overhaul & test the products to the required quality standard in a timely manner.

• Minimise damage to components during the overhaul process (following procedures, using correct tooling and best practice methods).

• Work in accordance with our defined overhaul procedures.

•Assemble and maintain fixtures and tooling.

• Monitor test rig & tooling condition for safety and performance, highlight to supervisor any issues in a timely manner.

1. Oversee functions and activities of daily facility management (including the safe and efficient functioning, maintenance, servicing and operation of facility/equipment/machinery and systems).

2. Conduct facility/equipment inspections, facility/equipment system data collection/analysis, carry out risk assessments, implement necessary mitigation measures, and inform the operations team in time if the system is not optimal.

3. Maintain necessary maintenance policies including preventive maintenance program of the facility and its systems and facility-embedded equipment such as autoclaves, fire suppression system, steam generator, pest control, security services and systems, Building Management System (BMS), gas cylinders/pipelines, ACMV/HVAC, chillers, UPS, generator, etc.

4. Respond appropriately to emergencies (utility breakdown/fire/security breaching) as they arise, participate in 24-hour emergency response activities.

5. Manage new production line and machinery set up and/or upgrading work to existing production line.

6. To carry out the maintenance schedule outlined in the HACCP manual.

7. To maintain the machinery storage area and machinery not in use.

8. To observe hygiene condition of the premises at all time.

9. To observe safety and health procedures as well as security measures are all times.

10. Any other work shall be assigned by the Senior Engineer from time to time.

11. Able to work independently.

Responsibilities for building electrician

• Installing and maintaining, repairing building electrical distribution systems
• Monitor the operations and make customer approved adjustments of chilled water systems, heat exchangers, CRAC Units, HVAC, electrical systems, emergency back-up systems, hot water systems, pumps, valves, filters and other mechanical and electrical equipment
