• Initiate sample placement - to retrieve samples from Storage and bring them to CTCH; and/or pull process - to retrieve samples from CTCH chamber and bring them to the respective labs for testing.
• Perform the physical testing so as to collect the stability results, according to the following methods: pH, rheology, viscosity, specific gravity, weight loss, color, appearance, consistency/cut-through/hardness, etc.
• Perform precise and accurate chemical testing of various products using HPLC, Titration (Auto and Manual), GC, RI, UV-Vis Spectrophometer.
• Upload the stability test results of the samples into the Lab Information Management (LIMS) System for recording and tracking purposes.
• Conduct investigations on deviations in test results

CTCH Management

• Manage day-to-day in-and-out movement of stability samples and housekeeping of the chambers in CTCH.
• Manage inventory of stability samples and ancillary items.
• Prepare stability samples for placement into the chambers including unboxing samples, pasting of labels, and aliquoting materials.
• Conduct checks (such as appearance check, weight check) on samples upon a pull as required.
• Facilitate disposal of inventory ior expired physical samples.

Analytical Laboratory Operation Support

• Check that the laboratory safety equipment such as the eye-wash device, is in good working condition and notify the HSE dept when it is not.
• Review, purchase and maintain the inventory of chemicals and lab consumables in the analytical lab.
• Change or top up water carboy for ultrapure water, H2 generators on a weekly basis.
• Manage empty chemical bottles through proper labels and place at designated flammable waste cabinet, acid and base trays daily.
• Collect dirty glassware for cleaning by external contractors and returning the cleaned glassware to their respective cabinets on alternate days.
• Empty sonic bath water weekly.

• Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use at an event
• Investigate equipment faults and recommend actions to rectify
• Maintain audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, LED video wall, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
• Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
• Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
• Provide regular feedback to Company on communication issues and service improvements
• Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events. This will include assistance with PowerPoint presentations, audio and video conferences

• Deliver professional nail services including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services

• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use
• Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly
• Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked
• Advise clients on nail care and use of products and colors
• Promote and sell nail care products
• Schedule client appointments and accept payments

Contract Period: 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of one year.

Working hours:

· Mondays to Thursdays : 7:30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break

Scope of Services:

1. Procurement: Check and verify items procured (e.g. ensuring the quality of products/ services delivered is satisfactory).

2. Lab support: Assists Science Laboratory Technicians in the operation and preparation of science laboratories and iCt Space. Duties include:

a. Assisting to escort vendors/ contractors and ensures that repair/ rectification works are completed in a safe and satisfactory manner

b. Ensuring that housekeeping supplies are well stocked.

3. School Safety and Security: Assists in the safety and security aspects of the school laboratories. This includes:

a. Assist Science Laboratory Technicians to keep track and check that emergency and first aid supplies are in usable condition, and all fire fighting equipment are in correct locations and in working order.

b. Reporting any security breaches promptly

4. Student-related Administration:

a. Assist teachers and Science Laboratory Technicians with routine logistical and operational tasks related to teaching and learning of Science and school’s Applied Learning Programme (e.g. preparation of materials)

5. Perform any other logistical and operational tasks as assigned by School Leader/Key Personnel

Qualification, skill & experience:

1. Able to read and write in English.

2. Good communication and inter-personal skills.

3. Demonstrates basic understanding of resources management (e.g. inventory, facilities) policies and procedures to provide effective support when required.

4. Be flexible with working hours depending on school needs.

5. Preferably completed at least Primary School Education.

6. Preferably with 1 year of experience in logistics or simple administrative duties

• Responsible for overseeing/operating the company’s systems and equipment to meet the production requirements, ensuring adherence to the site’s safety standards and regulations

• Handle the daily operations of the assigned manufacturing equipment
• Oversee strict compliance with the company’s HSE regulations, ensuring quality is being upheld
