• To attend to project / technical meeting and advise PM on cost queries from Owner / Consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• Carry out proper and accurate measurement, ie taking-off quantities for claims / payments purpose to ensure no overpayment.
• Coordinate with the site team to prepare relevant documents for monthly progress report submission, i.e. cash flow, Sub-contractors list, AI list, VO list etc. as required for submission to the Client / Consultants.
• To work up the final costs of the project and each trades and advise the PM on the final account settlement with the Client and Sub-contractors such that all parties are amiable to the cost evaluation.
• Able to manage and mentor junior staff.

Job Title: Site Quantity Surveyor (ID6006)
Location: Depend on project
Working Hours: 5.5 days work (Sat half day claim OT)

Roles & Responsibilities
-Reports to Project General Manager/Project Manager
-Quantity taking off
-Study pre-contract files
- Identify specified or equivalent materials
- Study pre-contract quotations and to obtain new quotations for works
- Check availability of stock of materials and their delivery time
-Check/sourcing of quotations, clarify, and assist in the negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers
-Reconcile quantities in contract and those claimed by sub-contractors and suppliers
-Monitor, measure, and price variation works
-Prepare periodic progress valuation
-Check progress claims submitted by sub-contractors
-Study all site instructions issued and advise Project Manager of time and cost implications
- Monitor the expenses of the project and advise the Project Manager on the financial status
-Brief site staff on procedure of recording and confirming oral instructions
-Closing of final account

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (ID6010)
Location: Singapore Based (Office at City Hall, current project at Lakeside)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday Half Day - can claim OT)
Salary: $4,200 - $5,000
