RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and provide SHE support for the day-to-day SHE requirements of the assigned project/site.
• Provide support to the project by maintaining a visible presence to the field performing site visits.
• Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the SHE programs in the field.
• Report and assist to the SHE Manager & Director at respective site/projects.
• Conduct daily site inspections.
• Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately.
• Participate and assist the supervisors, foreman and manager in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.
• Communicate, coach and assist the field staff to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met.
• Fill-up individual SHE inspection forms and/or BBSO.
• Participate and assist in all SHE related activities, campaigns and committees.

• Min. GCE O level with passes in English, Mathematics & Science or equivalent.
• Min. 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience as a Safety Lead in oil & gas / process maintenance industry.
• Possess Certificate in WSH (Level A)
• Possess Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant or equivalent (OPSIC), Work at Height for Supervisors, Supervise Work in Confined Space Operation
• Occupational First Aid

The position will report to the Head of Business Development (BD), to develop product decks that provide pertinent information for BD team to weave into their proposals and pitch decks. The pitch decks also provide information for Project Management and Delivery team for purposes of deployment and proper use.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Business Development team to stitch up overall solutioning addressing customers’ key pain points. Establish good value engineering to position why the customers would benefit from the solution is essential.
• Responsible for onboarding of suitable products and solutions from external parties and going through an Expose-Test-Build approach to finally onboarding to our product / service portfolio.
• Responsible for product O&M, roadmaps, inclusive of inhouse development of products.
• In charge of organising meetings with BD, and Project Management and Delivery team.
• Collaborate with BD team on product sales performance and receive feedback for further product improvement.
• Work with Head of MRF on testing / development of products / solutions at MRF and contribute towards transformation of MRF.
• Lead a team of 3 to 4, including potential interns, in the solution architect team

Preferred Requirements and Competencies

• Experience in Solution Architect role preferred
• Engineering degree (Mechanical/ Electrical) preferred
