The role of the Lead – Engineering for Payments is:

• Work closely with the POs, Product managers, BAs, Development team & other interface teams to support the analysis and solutioning of various Cash related technology initiatives.
• Work closely with Product managers, BSMs, Development team and other BAs in the team to ensure standardization for internet banking platform across countries
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Train and mentor the newer/junior team members to come up the curve by having training documents in place and conducting knowledge sharing sessions.
• Monitor the progress of team members and provide continuous feedback for them to be able to progress and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing and providing business solutions for payment and clearing applications.
• Responsible for product development and requirement specifications for payment applications including understanding of business requirements, defining business and functional requirements and working with the business and development teams to support seamless project delivery.
• Engage with the country business to understand relevant trends and opportunities for payment products to better serve customers. Plan a roadmap of enhancements and initiatives that would deliver a stronger payment roadmap and work with the Segment Product Manager to identify suitable processes for funding, development and prioritization.

Development and Automation through Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Proficient in utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Knowledge in ADO to streamline build and release pipelines, worked on the automating the workflows, and improve deployment frequency and reliability.

Collaboration with Development and SRE Teams

• Acting as a bridge between development and SRE teams, facilitate close collaboration to integrate reliability into the development lifecycle. Involves frequent ADO code reviews, performance tuning, and identifying areas of improvements can lead to increased stability and scalability.

• Develop the strategic direction and roadmap for SCPAY, aligning with Business Strategy, ITO Strategy and investment priorities.

JOB SUMMARY

• The Financial Crime End to End (FCE2E) Programme aims to transform existing processes and systems to improve client experience, enhance control effectiveness and deliver cost transparency. It is primary vision is to move to a more preventative Financial Crime (FC) environment and future proof the bank for arising threats.
• FCE2E programme acts as an overarching mechanism over all initiatives in the Bank which have an impact on Financial Crime. The FCE2E governance model allows for some programs to be directly overseen by the FCE2E Steering committee, while other (Satellite) programs with a focus broader than FC will be overseen by their own governance forums. FCE2E has oversight and makes decisions around proposed changes by all programmes that have implications for FC, including these Satellite programs. This ensures changes are aligned with the Financial Crime target state and a set of principles that guide FC alignment across the Bank.
• FC Transformation Governance Lead is responsible for ensuring that this mechanism is robust, managed effectively across a wide range of stakeholders and in a timely manner to ensure the Satellite programmes progress is not interrupted, and support the Programme Director.
• FC Transformation Governance Lead has authority to decide which Satellite programme proposals require approval and can give a go ahead to the Satellite programme proposals or decide to flag with the FCE2E Steerco.
• This is a Direct Contract for 12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define, own, and maintain the FC Principles for FC alignment across the Bank
• Ensures all programs (FCE2E and Satellite) understand and comply with the principles.
• Review all new investment requests in the Bank to identify those with potential impact on FC.
• Maintain an inventory of Satellite programs.
• Act as primary point of contact between Satellite programmes and FCE2E.
• Identify items that should be reviewed by the FC Design Authority (DA).
• Lead the DA, setting the agenda and areas of focus, including owning and maintaining the FCE2E Transformation Roadmap.
• Maintaining records of the DA and oversee the quality of DA output.
• Join relevant forums (e.g., Design Authorities) of Satellite programmes to keep on track of proposed solutions and the impacts on FC.
• Record and manage a log consolidating the inputs from Satellite programmes, tracking impacts on FC, key milestones to be aware of and timeline requirements for decisions by the FC DA to ensure that FC does not unnecessarily delay other programmes.
• Consult with programmes on potential impact of proposed changes on FC and review design choices and proposed changes and identify changes that need approval of FCE2E Steerco and support programmes to prepare submissions if an approval need is identified.

As PMO Team Lead, you will oversee strategic initiatives spanning business and technology, while managing a high-performing PMO team. You will drive projects such as new product launches, organisational changes, business planning, and infrastructure development, collaborating with stakeholders across product, R&D, sales, marketing, legal, and PR. This role is pivotal in aligning project delivery with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the PMO team, fostering best practices in project management.

- Align the PMO’s activities with organisational goals and priorities.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

- Identify and manage risks, resources, and dependencies.

- Work cross-functionally to align stakeholder needs and deliver outcomes.

- Prepare and present business performance updates to senior leadership.

- Support team management functions, including budgeting, recruitment, and internal communications.

- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and project success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, computer or related professional background

- At least 7 years of working experience in project management / strategy management of go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment

- Have experience working in a software / technology / cloud-related company, and managing projects from start to end

• Lead, plan and manage projects involving multiple systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction to make certain product quality and well- timed deliver to commissioning
• Works closely with electrical design team to document project requirements and develop electrical work plan for electrical system and sub-systems construction, testing and commissioning
• Studies electrical drawing related to cable ladder, cable tray, penetration, system layout drawing, single line drawing and interconnection drawing
• Involves in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, cable continuity check, megger test and Atex inspection
• Creates work package by area or by subsystem
• Plans resources manpower, materials, facilities and P6 scheduling
• Gives direction and assigns job to subordinates for job execution
• Prepares the work condition for subordinate to work eg. Materials, facilities etc
• Monitors progress in meeting the P6 schedule
• Applies Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology for all work activities
• Reports the daily work progress to EPCC
• Coordinates with Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineer/ Marine Engineering or other relevant disciplines

• Able to handle project independently

What You’ll Do

• Work with other development team members and product owners to ideate software solutions.

• Design client-side and server-side architecture.

• Develop and implement microservices to meet the business and technical requirements.

• Design and develop the front-end for applications with good UX.

• Develop and manage well- functioning databases and applications.

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade applications.

What Will Make You Shine :

· 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

· Proven ability to develop end-to-end applications.

· Experience working in both Unix and Windows operating environments are preferred.

· Knowledge of multiple frond-end languages and libraries (e.g. React, NodeJS, Typescript and JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).

· Knowledge with hands on experience in technologies like .Net core, Net5 above and C#
