Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle booking and arrangement for travel enquires and request from JTB LOOK, Media, Optional Tour and/ or any other channels which comes through phone calls & emails, and provide the necessary planning, quotation and operations support
• Provide recommendation of hotels, restaurants and transportation base on customers’ requests & interests
• Translating documents; Japanese itinerary into English itinerary & prepare the handout accordingly
• Provide information on travel visa & requirements
• Handle travel operations including reservations, standby at the hotel and/or assigned venue to ensure smooth tour arrangement
• Manage Inhouse system including new registration and operations
• Site inspection to the local travel attractions
• Provide local Tour escort during the peak season
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Experience & Skill-set required:

• Work experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry is advantage
• Fluent in both English & Advanced Business Japanese language skills is essential as well as proper business communication & written skills to liaise closely with Japan land operators, local Japan sales office & tour arrangement
• Knowledge of MS Office

Handle daily transactions, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations

- Participate in tax schedule, computation, and filing

- Handle monthly and yearly closing

- Preparation of management reports, annual reports, and reporting packages

- Preparation of Unaudited Financial Statement

- Inter-company transaction

- Liaise with external parties

- Submit GST Returns

Requirement:-

- Minimum ACCA, LCCI, or accounting equivalent qualifications

- Knowledge of accounting standards (IRFS), regulations and procedure

- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

- Able to work independently, dateline-driven

- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a local company

- Work experience in a start-up company preferred

- Able to speak and write in Mandarin

1. Co-ordinate sales efforts to support business growth and achieve sales targets:

• Identifying and qualifying potential prospects, analysing their buying needs, doing market research and monitoring competitors' movements.
• Work with Engineer Specialists to jointly respond to clients’ enquiries
• Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients by introducing innovative new products and solutions, and providing continuing pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Provide professional services by visiting current and new clients (if needed) for consultative selling, cross-selling or up-selling the company’s products and/or services.
• Assist in generating and qualifying new leads to arrange appointments to meet potential clients in person, to do an introduction and/or sales presentation.
• Provide reports of clients’ sales activities – trend of sales, trend of product sales and buying patterns.
• Think critically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings which will ultimately benefit the clients.
• Discuss and recommend plans and strategies relating to sales for improvement and implementation with Sales Manager.
• Contribute to team dynamism by sharing sales and competitors’ information.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum 3 years experience in client servicing in engineering sales.
• Possess a Diploma preferably in Engineering
• Able to sell, up-sell and cross-sell
• Possess a strong positive attitude towards selling and customer service
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Good team working and communicating skills, both verbal and written
• Analytical and good problem solving skills

This role provides assistance in financial operations, covering tasks such as creating master records, monitoring cash activities, maintaining a fixed assets register, and managing the full set of accounts and/or vessel accounting for a designated portfolio of entities. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accountancy with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and recording incoming funds.
• Reconciling bank accounts and revaluing bank balances.
• Ensuring accurate amortization of prepayments and making relevant accruals.
• Coordinating with auditors and tax agents for statutory audit and tax compliance matters.
• Guaranteeing the timely and accurate recording of accounting entries and completion of general ledger closing routines, including the preparation of monthly reporting packs.
• Preparation of GST filing.
• Proactively following up on outstanding issues from previous months to ensure proper closure.
• Handling any other ad hoc accounting-related tasks as needed.
