Job Description

• Managing client account and liaise with clients locally or overseas
• Reconcile bank and vendor accounts, post and balance the general ledger, process payments, and support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
• Resolve accounting queries and address issues from client portfolios.
• Prepare timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules according to company accounting policies.

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE "O" or "A" Level.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in client servicing industry.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients.
• Experience with Audit Express or SingTax, or basic corporate secretarial work.
