We are currently searching for a motivated, passionate and experienced Web Project Executive to join our creative team. As a Web Project Executive, you will need to work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, and coordinate from design to programming completion with our very own designers and developers.

• Manage and deliver web development projects.
• Prepare project documentation: Milestone Chart, Simple System Design, Change Requests.
• Gather and interpret project requirements in order to deploy resources in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
• Work with Account Managers to understand project milestones, and timelines in order to manage resources for various projects simultaneously throughout each project’s lifecycle.
• Work closely with our Designers and Programmers on an ongoing basis and ensure project requirements are met according to clients’ requirements.
• Ensure timely update is being communicated to clients

• Requirements
• Interest in ecommerce and learning the administration of managing ecommerce backend
• A keen learner, especially in the Information Technology industry.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and multi-task.
• Literate in MS Office
• Dynamic and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to bring project to successful on-time completion through close monitoring and supporting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, organized, able to work independently, and gives attention to detail.

Industry & Student Outreach Executive

Job Description/Role :

This is a sales position to recruit students for the Academy’s various courses and elderly residents for its sister nursing home. This position is a hunter role, not passively waiting for leads to just follow-up to close the sale.

Job Scope :

1. To source and implement sales activities to generate sales leads, eg visits to hospitals to present healthcare courses, knock on doors in residential estates, etc.

2. Do cold calling, get referrals, etc so as to meet sales target set for yourself and your department collectively.

3. Assist in organising marketing events such as exhibition booth set up at events, liaise with partners of relevant organisations, etc. to generate leads.

4. Ensure that all sales and marketing SOPs /documentations are adhered to.

Requirement :

1. Minimum GCE "O" levels with sales experiences. A Singapore Enrolled Nurse wanting to switch to sales and management is most welcome.

2. Must be a self-starter with strong self motivation and a never say die sales attitude.

Salary :

Basic monthly salary of $3,000 with additional commission structure dependent on numbers of students recruited for different courses.

• Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees’ needs.
• Any other HR projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in HR
• Proficient in Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, and labour legislation
