Role:

Key Account Executive (FMCG)

• Location: Woodlands
• Salary : $3000 - $3500 + Sales Incentive + Transport allowances (With own transportation would have $1000 car allowances, other wise transport claim)

Job Responsibilities

Account Management

• Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationship with account at HQ Level.
• Liaise with Key Account’s buyers for updates, promotional activation, and periodic reviews.
• Plan, execute, evaluate promotion with objective of optimising cost, sales, and volume effectiveness.
• Manage the promotion spend within the budgeted funds.
• Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Purchasing team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer’s activities.

Sales Operation Management

• Manage and guide the Sales Executive in managing the Sales Team operational effectiveness.
• Ensure that Sales Executive provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in the stores with sales team through monthly internal Sales meeting together.
• Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
• Product/Promotion Submission.
• Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide a high level of customer service and assist in members and guests’ enquiries.
• Assist in golf reservations for members and guests (via phone, email or in-person).
• Perform opening and closing procedures for golf sports shop.
• Responsible for the accountability of all sales and money transactions made during shift.
• Maintain an accurate up-to-date Golf Tee Sheet.
• Collect fees for the green, buggy, rental club/shoes, corporate and late cancellation, etc.
• Assist members and guests by selling merchandize an providing information in a professional manner.
• Assist in rotating stock, displaying merchandize in an appealing, well presented and orderly manner.
• Assist in maintaining/monitoring inventory and stocktake.
• Communicate with Golf Service Attendant, Golf Course Officer on changes, wherever appropriate.

• Receive and process payment from member’s monthly statement, refunds and billing disputes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level
• Min 1 year of experience in front desk duties
• Ability to read and speak English fluently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent track record in work performance as well as timekeeping
• Possess a high level of confidentiality when handling Private & Confidential matters
• Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel
• Five-day work week.

Payroll Processing:

Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of duties required to support cargo deals within RPT operations. The individual will monitor and coordinate all operational aspects, ensuring the smooth execution of shipments by liaising with agents, vessel masters, inspectors, and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Provide & monitor full spectrum of duties to support cargo deals in RPT operations.
• Provide and monitor the entire operations through liaising with agents, masters, inspectors & vessel brokers to ensure all shipments run smoothly.
• Prepare all relevant documentary instructions to various counterparties and all relevant inspection instructions to various inspectors.
• Maintain operational optimization to add value to trading strategy and maximize profits and minimize losses or costs.
• Calculate any laytime and demurrage incurred.
• Check and update the operations data in the system for analysis, decision making and reporting.
• Ensure operational, contractual and credit risk are in compliance with Company and HQ guidelines.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations and Journalism or relevant field
• At least 5 years of related Brand, Communications, Public Relations, Social Media and Content Management experience
• Creative thinking and curiosity to push new angles
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge in design tools such as Photoshop and AI is advantageous.
• Experience with tools such HubSpot and any social listening tools is advantageous.
• Able to multitask with good time and projectmanagement skills.
