RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Ensure all administrative tasks (including liaising with Talent Acquisition & Care, Talent Rewards & Talent Development) are delivered accurately, timely and with quality, which include but not

limited to:

• Input and maintain employee information in HRMS
• Upload of p-files and employee documents to DMS
• Prepare and issue various letters, including but not limited to employment (contract renewal, re-employment), confirmation, acceptance of resignation, etc.
• Handle Corporate Tee inventory, ordering of wellness gifts and wreaths for Corporate Services

2) Work with superior to review the internal HR operational workflow to streamline and simplify work processes
