Requirements:-

• Diploma In Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a hotel or in a similar managerial role.
• Possess strong training, leadership and people management skills.

Job Responsibilites:

• Develop and implement clinical service strategies to meet patient care needs and organizational goals
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, departments, and stakeholders to design and enhance clinical services
• Manage resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to optimize service delivery
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in clinical services and develop solutions
• Monitor the performance of clinical services and develop strategies for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations/English Studies.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas, plans, and updates
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences
• Confidence in presenting to senior leadership, stakeholders, and large groups
