Job Description:

• In Charge in maintaining full sets of accounts of subsidiaries
• Prepare monthly financial analysis for PL and BS (Actual vs Budget vs prior period)
• Prepare GST Submission
• Assist in monthly POC Computation for revenue and cost recognition (including monthly allocation, cost accurals, project progress, etc.)
• Assist in year end audit and tax
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned superior

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Workshop Manager in managing the Taxi/Vehicle Maintenance operations and ensure all KPIs are met.
• Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower and operating are kept within the operation budget.
• Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion
