Purchasing and Accounts Executive

• Industry: Manufacturing (Building and Construction)
• Remuneration: Up to $3500 (Depending on experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8.30am – 5pm
• Location: Tuas West MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Support purchasing tasks, including supplier sourcing, processing Purchase Orders, and negotiating prices.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Assist with daily administrative duties and documentation management.
• Manage work pass applications, including applying for work permits and arranging necessary training (Core Trade, CSOC/BCSS).
• Maintain accurate filing systems and data entry in the company’s records.
• Oversee monthly payroll and participate in interview sessions when required.
• Handle GST filings, as well as preparation of IR8A and IR21 forms.
• Manage accounting tasks, including year-end financial reports and related matters.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Levels
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry will be preferred.
• Candidates who are able to commence work within short notice is an added advantage
