RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Ensure all administrative tasks (including liaising with Talent Acquisition & Care, Talent Rewards & Talent Development) are delivered accurately, timely and with quality, which include but not
limited to:
- Input and maintain employee information in HRMS
- Upload of p-files and employee documents to DMS
- Prepare and issue various letters, including but not limited to employment (contract renewal, re-employment), confirmation, acceptance of resignation, etc.
- Handle Corporate Tee inventory, ordering of wellness gifts and wreaths for Corporate Services
2) Work with superior to review the internal HR operational workflow to streamline and simplify work processes
3) Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP), workflows and letter templates are updated on a timely basis
4) Generate and compile various reports, including performance management, benefits utilisation, dashboards, etc.
5) Coordinate and manage regulatory medical check-ups for foreign workers, ensuring compliance, e.g. FW 6ME checkup
6) Handles the administration of foreign worker documentation, including renewal and cancellation of work passes on time MOM law, including submission of 6ME
7) Administration of approval flows for the modules in HRMS for On and Off Boarding
8) Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by supervisor and manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience or Degree in Business Administration / Human
Resources or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience
· Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
· Good communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Able to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and professional integrity
· Multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
· Positive and proactive
· IT savvy; able to work on the cloud and familiar with MS Office Suite
