Job Responsibilities

Will work under guidance of Finance Manager for the following:

• Perform general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions independently using Tally ERP 9
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare bank documents for trade finance
• Prepare salary sheets for Singapore & overseas staff
• Prepare timely and accurate quarter-end financial reports to management
• Prepare annual reports in accordance with statutory requirements
• Support office administration and any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Experience / Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ERP accounting packages
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field
• Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability
• Able to work independently and have an eye for detail

Job Responsibilities

- Provide advice to internal stakeholders on all procurement-related matters and ensure they are compliant with Company Procurement Policy.

- Perform vendor screening, supply market research and analytical studies to identify and select potential suppliers to be added to the pre-approved vendor list.

- Prepare RFQ/Tender documents

- Review and evaluate quotations from vendor

- Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company’s needs.

- Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers.

- Manage and analyze expense data with the objective to derive cost saving opportunities.

- Monitor contracts and renewal prior to expiry

- Any other duties assigned by manager
