JOB DESCRIPTION·

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure that resources are used effectively and within budget constraints
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that operational needs are met
• Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Oversee and manage operational projects from initiation to completion

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full logistics process for project shipments, ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Ensure the timely and accurate transportation of goods from origin to destination.
• Prepare and handle all required shipping documentation, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with various parties (e.g. carriers, shipping lines, other service providers) to ensure smooth and safe transport of shipments.
