Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs and initiatives, providing training, and creating innovative ways of learning. You will also be responsible for conducting unannounced store audit to identify gaps and recommend for action to address the current problem.

Requirements:

• WSQ Diploma.

• Proven experience in instructional design and training delivery.

· Oversee LMU team in Town Council, to ensure lift performance meet TCMR requirement, Green Bands for both categories and Green Band for every Division

· Oversee the LMU team in Town Council to ensure P-Trapped

· Plan lift testing schedule before expiry of lifts & return completed schedule and submit to SPE and GM (EMS) / Engineers (LMU)
