Retail & Marketing Executive Responsibilities

• Planning and executing the year’s event calendar.
• Organise or co-organise external B2B or B2C events that raise awareness or revenue generation.
• Optimizing the leads funnel for B2C and B2B business leads.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
• Drive sales at in-person events, in-store and online ecommerce platforms.
• Liaison with external vendors to manage our campaigns, including SEO, copywriting, events, and online sales.
• Oversee the production of valuable and engaging content for our social media, website & blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and optimize advertising spend.
• Oversee and prepare marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

Retail & Marketing Executive Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any other relevant field
• Extensive work experience in lieu of paper qualifications can be considered
• Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics

Responsibilities:

Payroll processing:

- Execute payroll processing for Local, Assignees, Transferee

- Conduct payroll checking and verification of all payouts to ensure accuracy

- Ensure payroll accuracy within the system (BIPO & SAP)

- Seeking approvals for CPF (Central Provident Fund), FWL (Foreign Worker Levy) payments, Tax Payment and SDL (Skills Development Levy), ensuring all statutory payments are made on time

Income Tax:

- Yearly Income Tax Reporting & Tax Clearance (Local)

- Manage tax clearance procedures for employees leaving the company, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities

- Prepare payroll data for Vendor, verify tax reports and submit yearly income tax reports in compliance with local regulations

Providing support for Internal & External Audits:

- Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external payroll audits

- Ensure that payroll processes comply with auditing requirements

Government Claims Submission

- Verify the submission of government claims and passed it over to vendor for submission

Incoming Funds Details (Payroll related) to Finance

- Check on Incoming Funds received from Finance and to provide details to Finance

Reports to Finance and GDC:

- Prepare and submit payroll reports to the Finance department, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness

- Provide assignee payroll reports to GDC per request

- Checking on suspense payments and payroll clearing to Finance

Cancellation of Work Passes for Leavers

- Handle the cancellation of work passes for employees who have resigned or are leaving the country

NS Submission

- Ensure timely and accurate submissions in accordance to requirements and obligations

Respond to complex employee queries on Payroll matters

Invoices

- Verify payroll and tax related invoices

General Payroll Administration:

- Manage BIPO system user access (resetting passwords for user login)

- Notify relevant parties of monthly payroll cutoff dates

- Generate pay slips for leaving employees

Exit Clearance (Local, Assignees, Transferee)

- Sign off the final clearance process for the last salary payment of exiting employees

Requirements:

- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field

- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in human resource function in a similar capacity

- Well versed in Microsoft Office & SAP

- Well versed in local employment statutory laws, regulations, employment act & practices

- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience and payroll vendor management

1. Daily operation for Accounts Payable: Trade & non-trade
2. Payment processing - Trade & non-trade
3. Staff Claim & Petty Cash processing
4. Back-up Accounts Receivable Functions when needed
5. Other Ad-hoc tasks that assigned

Requirement

• Partial (> 3 years experience) AP & AR related knowledge and experiences
• GST knowledge
• SAP Business One knowledge will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the finance manager in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly management reports for the companies under the Private Mobility Group
2. Assist the finance manager in guiding the finance team and providing sound accounting knowledge
3. Prepare monthly accounts, including the preparation and post of recurring journal entries
4. Perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet and follow up with variance explanations and resolutions
5. Prepare GST return, corporate tax and deferred taxation and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely filing
6. Engage with external financial auditors on audit, tax and accounting issues to ensure smooth closure of year-end financial audit
7. Project accurate cash flow and coordinate inter-companies balances within the group for payments and receipts. To work out borrowing needs and placement of excess cash with holding company.
8. Provide quality finance support services to the business stakeholders of the Group
9. Ensure that processes and systems are running in an effective and effective manner.
10. Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as apparent or as assigned by the finance manager and Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with at least a degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification

2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years of external audit experience with Big 4 preferred

3. Strong knowledge of advanced excel and Power Point

4. Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous

5. Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment

7. Strong analytical skills and attention to details
