RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the formulation of strategies and implementation of action plans to engage and forge partnerships with leading higher education institutes in China, India and Southeast Asia for the purpose of student and faculty exchanges, academic programme or research collaborations, and other collaborative initiatives.

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance;

Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Benefits:

· Performance bonus will be considered (average: 2 months for past a few years)

· Company trip (year 2024 : trip to Japan) may conduct once in 2 to 3 years

· Team building has been conducted once every 2 months. (the company gave some budget and team can organize lunch or activity)

· Manager distributed work schedule (list of assigned task in a month) to each staff at the beginning of month based on the position and capability to avoid giving heavy workload to each staff

Responsibilites:

• welcoming customers into the shop
• assisting customers to find desired items
• advising customers on new products and encouraging them to buy them
• receiving and processing shipments and deliveries
• organising merchandise and restocking depleted shelves so they're attractive to shoppers
• managing point-of-sale processes
• addressing and resolving shoppers' complaints, such as returns and refunds, to improve satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year working experience in retail industry
• Good communication skills

Renumeration:

• Basic Salary: $2800 + Commission
• Working hours: 12PM to 8PM (6 days work week)
• Off day will be either on a Monday or Tuesday
