Working within the Benefit TR APAC Team, the Visual Merchandizing Intern role is to support the brand’s VM rollout across TR APAC. We are currently present in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Saipan and Guam.

Reporting to the Assistant Visual Merchandizing Manager, the role will work closely with various stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Procurement and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of VM projects and excellence in quality of executions across permanent & promotional sites.

Your Mission _____

VM design, development, and update across TR APAC markets

• Manage and implement the rollout of VM update across relevant TR APAC markets such as animation displays, tester bars, product planograms and lightboxes, as per VM and Brand guidelines.
• Plan and prepare planogram updates for submission to retailers, brief Sales teams on update and support execution of rollout.
• Assist in ordering of collateral for launch updates and animations.

Store Project & Maintenance Support

• Support VM Manager in preparing briefs for new store and renovation projects.
• Manage and coordinate any maintenance work required in Travel Retail.
• Support in store opening preparation.

Launch Animation Support

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to conceptualize and implement product launch campaigns & events e.g. launch pads, HPPs, in-store events.
• Ensure alignment with local market teams and synergize on launch rollout.
• Review quality of execution from suppliers and consolidate completion report for follow-up.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent is required to assist Parfums Christian Dior Singapore PR function on PR activities as part of wider marketing campaigns, as well as provide day-to-day administrative support.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Activations

• Assist on planning of PR events, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and discussion with internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of activities planned
• Event management, including set-up and tear-down, on-site management and hosting of PR guests, post-event coordination

PR & Communications Support

• Preparation of PR materials, from downloading of assets from Central to adaptation for local usage
• Trend identification, KOLs scouting and liaison for selected campaigns
• Execution of PR campaigns including preparation of briefs, KOL lists for Central validation, dissemination of PR packages
• Coordination with media and influencers on logistical details e.g. product sendouts for shoots

Administrative Support

• Assist on ordering and packing of PR stocks
• Assist on vendor creation, PO raising, quotation & invoice tracking
• Competitor tracking of new product launches, PR and KOL activities
• Ad-hoc tasks

ANIMATION & PRODUCT LAUNCHES

• Assist in designing and creating visual merchandising displays based on launches needs in all POS in SEA markets and to manage the production and delivery to stores
• Assist in collation of launch POSM and testers for markets based on marketing priorities and budget.
• To help to check through all markets POSM forecast.
• Consolidate POSM orders that requires local fabrication for all markets, mainly on PCD launch.
• Update planogram for all stores and formats based on Merchandising plan and aligning with Marketing team.
• Preparation of visuals for various formats utilizing brand guidelines and manage vendors in the process and ensure visuals are installed on planned launch date.
• Consolidate launch reports for submission to Regional team and photos update.
• To assist VM manager in coordinating with suppliers on VM POSM production for animation and events setup.

OPENINGS

• To create and plan the visual merchandising aspects of a new store by preparing the planogram, category organization and visual elements of the store.
• Assist in sourcing and ordering of merchandising elements, manage the production processes, timeline, and quality.

INVENTORY & QUOTATION MANAGEMENT

• To manage long-term planning for planograms based on the product assortment plan to identify POSM needs and allocation for SG network.
• Generic and launch POSM Inventory management - to ensure sufficient stock level at warehouse & office for Openings & Maintenance.
• Track status of orders and ensure timely delivery of POSMs to each store.
• Work with logistics team to align allocation plans for markets and ensure healthy POSM stock levels.
• Track cost spending with every launch VM (F24, F27) budget.

E - VM

• To assist VM manager in visual Adaption for site E-Corner update & campaign deployment.

The candidate is required to provide the E-commerce manager with E-Marketing & E-merchandising support for Singapore & Indonesia E-retail & Brand site. Specific to Singapore, the candidate will need to assist the E-commerce manager with customer service support.

DATA ANALYTICS & CONSOLIDATION

• Coordinate, organize and consolidate data for weekly/monthly sell-out and shipment reporting and to provide data clarity to the team
• Forecasting for all accounts through sell-out analysis and retail team’s feedback, generating insights to facilitates decision making
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports utilizing key metrics for management and department decision-making, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data consistency

Go To Market Seminar Preparation (20%)

• Coordinate with Category Manager and assist with the preparation of Go-To-Market presentations, booklets and assortment analysis review (in/out strategy)

Launch Preparation (10%)
