Role and Responsibilities   

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of a small team working at the company’s flagship operation in Singapore, carrying out various business development and customer relationship related initiatives across the organization. What you will do:

1.Talent Acquisition Coordination:

· Interview Coordination: Support the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate a smooth hiring process by managing interview scheduling across Hiring Managers / interviewers and candidates with minimal scheduling conflicts.

· Candidate and Stakeholder Management: Provide quality stakeholder and candidate experience by ensuring warm and tight follow-ups with candidates and clear communication with Hiring Managers.
